Design of socio-technical systems, the case of infrastructure design
Video lecture for the ALPS course at Keio University in Tokio, Japan. The design of infrastructures comprises the integration of a technical design with a social design. In addition, infrastructure are designed with a long-term perspective so that the design has to be made under high uncertainty. The lecture will address socio-technical design under uncertainty.
