Energy entrepreneur and professor Future Energy Systems at TU Delft Ad van Wijk and the Delft Energy Initiative host a series of energy lectures with the aim to bring together entrepreneurs, researchers and students to discuss energy related topics. In the first of the series Ton Runneboom, the chairman of the Biorenewable Business Platform and a former chemical industry executive will present his industry inspired views on CO2 and explain why and how the biobased economy can contribute significantly to a sustainable economy. TU Delft Professor Bioseparation Technology, Luuk van der Wielen, will comment on the lecture from his perspective.
